Terms — AgentClash anonymous evaluation tools

Effective October 28, 2026. These terms cover use of the anonymous AgentClash MCP service and its downloadable evaluation artifacts.

Submit only data you are authorized to process and share. Do not submit credentials or use this service to obtain private workspaces, run malicious code, or overload the service. You retain ownership of your submitted materials; the service processes them to return the requested validation, compilation or comparison.

The service returns test artifacts and comparisons of deliberately supplied reports. It does not execute your agent, authenticate report provenance, establish general accuracy, or guarantee that a proposed change improves your agent. You are responsible for reviewing generated files, binding fixture tools safely, and running tests in an authorized local environment. Do not connect the refund fixtures to real payment actions.

This prerelease service and its artifacts are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability, accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. Validate consequential decisions independently. Limits and supported contracts may change; published integrations will be maintained according to their reviewed contract. Provider fees for your own local target are your responsibility.

Open-source software is separately licensed under the MIT license. Third-party hosting, ChatGPT and provider services have their own terms. See our privacy notice and support channels.
